Don't waste your time going to the tribunam

I am here to save your time. Do not waste your time going to this place. They will NOT help you.

My case dragged for over a year. Necron (the managing agents that ****** me of my deposit) didnt show up for the mediation or court date and the tribunal still ruled in their favour. There was no evidence from Necrons side and at the time the tribunal themselves didnt understand all the charges that was being deducted from my deposit.

Their reason for not ruling my favour was because they never had the full lease agreement which was emailed to them but they do not check their emails. You will literally have to run after them.

It is not worth your time and energy to run after them only to have them rule in the managing agents favour. I told them i will not even start the process of disputing the ruling cause that will take another year.

If they want to refund you R1000 out of R6000 , take it and walk away. If they dont want to give you anything, leave them all in the hands of God and walk away.God will do a better job but the tribunal will not.

God does not sleep and He will remember the people that ****** you and that are unjust.
