Does the tribunal operate or it has been shut down?

<p>Its been 2 weeks since i have been trying to get hold of the tribunal to help me with my case, no one picks up calls at any of their provinces domicilia numbers, no one also responds to e-mails, i think it would be wise to write a notice on the website that , operations clossed or does not operate anymore</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyone with an idea of how to go through to them , thats if they even exist? i mean South Africa is a third generation country and services as such are supposed to be on the click of the button</p>
