Did not handle my complaint

My complaint was about arbitrary and abuse against the landlord. The first meeting was unsuccessful and I was told that I will have a \meeting with five legal persons in January 2016\". It never happened. Mahlangu is very rude when I call him and his e-mails are very unprofessional and rude. The landlord was told he could not get a court order until the matter was solved at the Rental Tribunal. The landlord locked our belongings in while I was moving. I told Mahlangu my son is fighting for his life and he said it has nothing to do with him."
