Avoid using this company
Initial service to get a quote was ok, but from there things just got worse. Offloading was initially indicated as the 11h00, then in the afternoon. They arrived at 22h30. One broken chair and one box missing. Now they claim that box was never loaded, ignore emails, when I call they can't talk. No response as to how the chair will be replaced, and claiming ignorance regarding the missing box.
One would expect some form of co-operation from them, but there is nothing.
It also seems to be a one man show, not a proper company. Both cellphone numbers are answered by the same person, David. Trying to get hold of "Kobus" was unsuccessful.
I definitely will not recommend this company at all.

Needless to say we did not get anywhere with this, with the reason being The supplier is not co-operating with our office. So be assured that you will suffer frustration and losses when dealing with this company. They are definitely not treating their customers fairly.
