I moved my Offices from Sandton to Rosebank. They only took two days. I thought they were going to take 7 days. I'm so happy with these guys. Their price was reasonable and they are professional and friendly.

These guys are exceptional. They arrived on time and treated my Father's Furniture with care and respect. They are very experienced. The loaded in Polokwane on Monday and offloaded in Mossel on Wednesday morning. Thank you David and your Team

Taken for a ride
After making an appointment a month in advance and paying the deposit requested, we were told that they could not move our furniture on the date requested. We were not contacted and no apology was forthcoming. I called to confirm the day and time on the Friday before ( was expecting to move on the next Wed) and was then told that the move could not happen. When I asked why I was not informed sooner, the only person that answered all the phone numbers given said " I am telling you now". He said they could move my things the following week. I declined and requested a refund, to which he agreed. When I wanted to give my bank details he said to call on Monday as they were actually already closed! On Monday, my calls were "killed". He has not answered a call from me or my husband since. My husband decided to drive to the address listed on the invoice to try and speak to someone directly only to find that no such company exists at that address, no office , nothing. It seems they are not to be trusted at all. I will even go so far as to say that some of the "fantastic" reviews posted are from friends and family. Very poor service. I will never get my money back.

Very disappointing moving experience with unexpected additional costs
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company and, based on my experience, I would not use their services again. The move was from one province to another, so it was a significant move. We received a quote without the company first coming to inspect the items to be moved. Before the move, we provided a detailed list of the items that needed to be packed and transported. We paid the deposit to confirm the moving date, as required in their email. We were also advised that packing would start at 08:00. However, on the day of the move, we were only contacted at approximately 09:30 and informed that the team would arrive at around 10:30. Another issue related to payment. Their email stated that the balance would be payable when the truck arrived at the destination. In our case, this did not happen. After our items had been packed, we received an increased quote with an additional cost of approximately R11,000 for items allegedly not specified, despite us having provided a detailed list beforehand. We were then required to make full payment before the truck left their depot. This created a very stressful situation, as our belongings had already been packed and we felt under pressure to make the payment so that the move could continue. The truck also only left five days later than originally planned and arrived at the destination at approximately 22:30 on a Wednesday evening. This meant that the unloading continued very late into the night, which made the move even more difficult and resulted in items being placed wherever possible rather than in an organised way. Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly communicated, and very disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on the way our move was handled. Kind regards, Cordula

Excellent service and friendly staff.
They were very professional and efficient. Would recommend these guys all day long ! The staff are awesome ! They keep you updated and they keep you calm throughout the process.

Seriously impressed! Movement took 16 hours, from Gauteng to Free State. The guys worked very hard, didn't stop for lunch, were skilled at moving the tricky furniture up and down stairs and over ballastrades. Highly recommended. And there pricing was reasonable. Thanks Bongi and team.
