Waste if time management

To the community and public. I want to advise you about my experience at Gateway. On my way from work I get to work to pick up my repaired jewelry. After entering the parking level, I realised that my wallet was left at home. I knew I had enough money to pay for my jewelry repair and R11 for 1hour parking time so I proceeded. After collecting my jewelry, I headed towards the pay station. When I got to the pay station, I could not find my parking ticket, I had pressed the call button about 4 times and nobody answered. I then drove to the exit and then then pressed the call button and the lady answered and advised that I must go back to the pay station and press the button again. I had no choice as they said they cannot open the booms. When I got to the pay station, the lady answered and the advised that I need to pay R50. I explained to her that I left my wallet at home and that she must check the camera as I had been there for less than 30 mins. This was ****************. She refused to assist and cut the call. I then call security and he also said they robbing customers. I went back to the pay station with security and then the lady says I must go to info. When I got to info I explained my story again they still refused. I asked for the manager and they ignored me. Then I said how the hell must I go home as my vehicle is in the parking. Then the lady made a call and I paid R15 , to leave. I had searched everywhere, I even went back to the store where I fetched my jewelry from and still couldn't locate it. The staff showed no courtesy and that's utter bull **** service. What I'd I had no money at all then what! Your staff needs to catch a wake up and managers to to attend to theses situations. People do forget so you can't go charging R50. Next time I wil take you guys to court as you can't hold me and my vehicle in your property. Have the decency to think of me and put yourself in my shoe. R50 is not going to make you a millionaire overnight. Help others and God wil help you.
