UNSAFE SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT

i had my cellpone ****** out of my bag on 28.11.2015. I was shopping at the Hub and the phone was gone. There's no cameras in the store so they were unable to assist. neith was gateway security. The reason that i personally shop at Gateway is because of safety. I would like to bring this to the public's attention, because personal safety is very important. We shop with our kids, the next thing we know we will be held at gunpoint or stabbed for our belonging. My friend was ****** in the car park and convientantly security then again could not help.
