Terrible service!!!!

When trying to purchase snacks for a movie, there was no communication about the type of system the ster kinekor cinema was using with no notifications, I first stood in the first queue for 20 mins to place an order and thereafter only after i inquired did I even get any direction where to pick up the order. I then stood in another queue was for collection. I waited 30 mins in that queue with no service and found that other customers that were behind me in the queue that when to the front got served before me. When trying to get assistance from the manager. He was hiding in his office and refused to assist anyone. I missed the first half an hour of my movie and was appalled with the service I received. While I was at the count trying to get assistance from anyone at all even the cashiers were clueless. They just told me go and follow the line and yet the assist other people who where not even following the queue. They should really jack up not only the system but the manager and the staff with the pathetic service. <br>
