Terrible food and service

Kfc gateway in the food court, firstly I waited 25 min to place my order and there was queue, the food came 35 min later. The chips was burnt and then what makes it worse is that the chicken was raw. When I approached the manager and showed the food to her she did not even aplogise, instead she had an attitude made me wait another 30 mins. I asked her for a full refund which she had refused and only gave me R120 back, absolutely pathetic service especially from the manager who does not know how to treat customers and very horrible food. Something needs to be done about the manager.
