Spar Gateway

I have a complain, I went to Spar Gateway two weeks, did some shopping used my card for paying. When I got home only to find out the cashier did two payment transaction and it wasn't reversed. Next morning went to them and the India ladies supervisor told me to wait 7 days and still the money wasn't reversed. Went to the store again Slindile other supervisor took my bank statement and said it will be sorted out. I tried calling them several times they are not answering I don't stay near the store also.

I am just kindly requesting them to reverse my money. That's all.
