pathetic/bad service

Telkom service is the worst thing that I don't even wish for my enemy. in Telkom Gateway uMhlanga customers wait for over an hour to be assisted. and you still get assistance. all the counts will full with consultants and there will be busy talking their stories. I have been there more than 5 time still getting the same experience. the store manager for that store need to do something.. the shop at the bottom entrance Telkom which is opposite MTN shop … very pathetic but what can we do Because we are Telkom customers and we have no choice but to go the shop where don't get assistance
