manager having an attitude to assist - the hub

I was shopping at the Hub sale today at gateway mall and someone had opened my bag and ****** my phone.<br> <br> I informed the security and manager immediately to gain assistance from them in searching people in store. <br> <br> The manager had given me do much attitude and said they will not help in any way. The store guard could also not help as the manager instructed him not to assist. They have said it's been happening at the ball recently....why is there no security then? <br> <br> The store also had no camera by which I could view and locate the *****.<br> <br> When my sister had gone back later to purchase what she was initially buying....the manager had made fun of her saying she's back looking for my phone and should rather leave. <br> <br> Never to go to any hub store again.... the managers have attitude and the store is of no service at all as they could not help in any way whatsoever.
