Is this really world class service from a world class mall

On the 05/01/2018 i went to your store touch of gold and they refused to accept 50c,10c and 20c for my purchase of which i had a R20,two R10s and 2 R2s and rest was change of R1 as per the above(total R45)I then told the lady that this is RSA currency but she said that their customers don't accept it. Don't they bank this money I asked....she said no...Why does Gateway a world class shopping destination have tenants like this,I then went down to enquiries and filled in the complaints book but no call yet
