Inefficient Customer Service

In all my years as a shopper I have never experienced such pathetic and inefficient service.I spent two hours in the store only for them to collate my paper work for a cash voucher and to refund me in cash.From the managers to floorstaff not a single individual deserved any credibility.Such inefficient individuals should be replaced .Their method of re -embur*****t leaves much to be desired in this modern paperless, electronic age.I will never consider purchasing from Game ,Gateway again.
