Gateway theater of shopping HEARTLESS

Sunday morning I visited Gateway mall together with my wife and ten year old son. I parked in a clamp zone in error at parking F seeing as it was closest to the entrance as we were only going to be be a few minutes. I didnt realise that it was a reserved parking. Anyways the same security guard watched me go into the mall ,instead of advising me that im not allowed to park there, he waited for me to get into the mall so he could clamp my car wheel. I literally took no longer than ten minutes. The mall doesn't have the customer at heart,I was wrong but they should charge according to the time the car was parked in a clamping zone but they charged me a full R300 for parking for ten minutes which is a total ******* and a money making scheme. The guard seemed to find joy in this entire situation he and the mall were not even a little compassionate towards us. Even when he unclampped the wheel he just had this dont care attitude throwing the chains around and banging things. I even asked the guard what time did he clamp the wheel he said just now but he further said they dont charge per minute and I have to pay full R300. I will definitely not be shopping there again and will continue advising the public of how heartless the mall management and security actually is.
