gateway security service is pathetic wid feedbac

I was @ gateway shopping wid my family and always hv the habit ok hooking babies bag (backpack)behind the trolley bcz we hd 3 trolley we decided to try n make it 2 so that my husband n brother inlaw could take it to the car while we shop so we took everything from inside the trolley forgeting the bag behind,when we got home decided to make my son a bottle of milk we realised that the bag was left @ g8way so we went back and spoke to a security guard nd he had a terrible attitude asking me why did I leave t in the first place so I askd for a supervisor he did come hs name ws mpanza he promised that he will gv us feedback by the next day (today)between 8 to 4 becoz wen it did happen he was not on duty and no 1 has contacted me @ all my husband n I did go to the mall 2 check if there was any nd the lady @ information desk said it hasn't been reported 2 her but they will call me by 4 nd spoke to the security he said that the camera isn't working.what the hell if sumtn serious happends what are they going to do pathetic security.jus so annoyed wid they bad service still waiting for feedbak <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from The Gateway to Gateway Shopping Mall by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
