Gateway Cinema a waste of time and money

The cinema at Gateway is pathetic. You robbing your customers and still providing pathetic service. Walked into the movie 10 minutes early with all the lights turned off, not being able to even see the stairs. Once the movie started, all the lights came on and stayed on for almost 20 minutes until someone had to get up and go and check what's going on. Please train your staff or close down your cinema.
