Disgusted at the roll of security and management

On the 16 July I took my Children to Gateway for supper just for some time out because they would be returning to school soon. We just got done with our meal and my daughter stopped to talk with her friend and some boys surrounded them and assaulted and ****** my daughter of her phone when she tried to protect herself she got stabbed on her her hand when another boy intervened he got stabbed. Th security was not there and there and these boys got away, I tried to search for them but could not find them, I confronted the help desk and the security came after 20 minutes I asked to view the camera and to my astonishment they said that the camera does not cover that area, They did not even get a first aider to assist my daughter. This has left my daughter in alot of pain and trauma, To this day no one called from gateway to check up on us. Who would think in such a big shopping mall that this would happen and with so many security guards this should not happen as they should be alert, My daughter has seen a doctor as she is having trouble sleeping I'm furious that the security is so weak and *********** and the fact that management of the center did not even care as this has impacted my family both physically and mentally, To add to it this has ran me into expenses for medical treatment, A life could have been lost and it would have been a loss to a parent,
