Complaint

Today we were at Woolworths Gateway mall we waited for more than 40 minutes on the queue not because it was a long queue we were in the front but the cashiers were only calling the customers who were paying with a card; which gave us an idea that customers who were important at Woolworths are those who pay by card only not cash. I reported this matter to the manager she also did not assist us. We ended up leaving the store because we waited for to long and I am highly pregnant. It was the worst experience I have ever experienced in one of our South African stores.
