Bad service

<p>Recently my fiance and I took a ride to Gateway on his motorbike. We wanted to park by the checkers/Spar parking, but unfortunately they do not cater for motorbike parkings. Eventually after riding around for 10 Min. we find a security and ask where can we park. Once we got into the mall we wanted to leave our helmets at the information desk, since we always do when we go to the pavilion. The guy at the counter politely informed us that they are not allowed to keep our helmets. So due to Gateway not catering for people who rides motorbike's we will not be shopping at Gateway n the future.</p>
