Appalling and disgusting behaviour from workers

@Gateway Theatre of Shopping VIP I am appalled and disgusted with the behaviour of your construction workers that were on site last night the 18 November 2022, after a nice evening spent with my family at your mall, my family and I were harassed and spoken to in such a rude and disrespectful manner by one of the construction workers on site. The escalator had no signs or even barricades to say that there was construction taking place at the top of the escalator and only after my family and I as well about 10 or more other customers went up the escalator did we find out that there was no way to get out, unfortunately there was no way to return to the fall we came from and we tried to explain that to the construction worker, who was just rude and Ill mannered and did not want to hear what we had to say. After being allowed to pass through to get out of the mall, we were told by the construction worker that “WE SHOULD GO AND DON’T COME BACK” now I think to speak to customer that have show patronage to your establishment, that is an appalling and plain down rude statement to make to a customer. Hope that you guys sort this issue out the the construction company that you have employed so that other customers will not have to deal with this level of rude and disrespectful behaviour from establishment such as Gateway
