Umhlanga Garden court provided a bad service

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Garden court Umhlanga dated October. We requested to king bed and received 2xdouble bed,aircon was nkt workingand when I had to bath the bath stopper was not working. We called maintenance and he replaced the stopper and adjusted the aircon only to wake up and find myself sickly when we called again we were told the aircon in that room is not working.A mail was send to customer care and received a mail that they are following up from Karabo Masilo dated 14 Oct,I followed up on her mail dated 18 Oct and to date to corresponde recrived.Im utterly horrified by the service received at Garden court Umhlanga.
