Garden court Sandton a piece of dump

Worst service, will never visit this pathetic hotel again.Stayed there on the 08/07/2026 decided to sleep early at about 19:15 there was a knock on my door that went on for a few minutes I assumed it was a guest who was lost, thereafter the person started banging the door and then tried to open the door which I locked from the inside and latched.I then woke up and screamed who is it and he said he wanted to know of I want a fridge,I stared I has one then only he stated he was from maintenance, and did not even apologise, surely you know there is a guest booked in and if the door was not answered you move on...I also realised on the 10/07/2026 I left my cellphoq charger I had not been called so I called in and explained I was then told housekeeping is not answering the phone and that was that,I was so upset I hung up the phone, such pathetic service!
