Bad service and **** gratitude by Garden Court, Sandton

I complained about the bad service I encountered twice during my stay at hotel from 24-27 Sep 26. My account was further accessed by ********** through their systems. I wa offered a voucher, a gratitude as a way of apology for my experience. Their gratitude did not consider that I live in Cape Town, also it was only valid for 6 months. It wa a **** gratitude. I tried to appeal that inconsideration. They decided no to respond to any of my ***. That made things worse to show that there was never any remorse from their side.
