What a Dramatic & Traumatic Experience

TERRIBLE!!! The most Embarrassing experience at this hotel/place. Checked in for 3 days (Electra Mining), the service from the Staff, the food... what a waste of good space. With One Waiter at a time on the floor (servicing a full dining area)

The ridiculous response that if you want lemon slices, You must Pay & then being ignored like you're invisible! I had a team of 5 for three days... we loathed each moment The food is Awful! My goodness, atleast the staff compliment should have some humility. At one point the chef messed up my omelet & "rectified" it by making another fried egg to patch the omelet... What a Horror
