What a Dramatic & Traumatic Experience
TERRIBLE!!! The most Embarrassing experience at this hotel/place. Checked in for 3 days (Electra Mining), the service from the Staff, the food... what a waste of good space. With One Waiter at a time on the floor (servicing a full dining area) The ridiculous response that if you want lemon slices, You must Pay & then being ignored like you're invisible! I had a team of 5 for three days... we loathed each moment The food is Awful! My goodness, atleast the staff compliment should have some humility. At one point the chef messed up my omelet & "rectified" it by making another fried egg to patch the omelet... What a Horror Comfort & Lekgetho, you did your best! Thank you To my Engineering & Business Community... SAVE YOURSELF & NEVER BOOK HERE, even if it's for free

Despondent and disappointed guest
If you're a bath ***** don't bother to book at Garden Court Milpark, usually when I'm in this hotel I request a bath without any hassles because last week I wrote a bad review that made them to respond to what I wrote now they refused to give me a room with a bath. I was here in November and in December but today they just refused to give me telling me that I need to top up R250 per night just for a bath. What is even worse in their rooms there are no fridges and I enquired in my first stay and I was told that you top up again. If you need peace of mind and to enjoy hotel stay don't bother to book in this hotel.
