Would not recommend

I'm very disappointed with the service received. An order was placed and paid immediately on 09/12/2025. Delivery date was requested for 12/12/2025. Terms and conditions on their own site advised on 1-3working days for delivery. I queried the delivery waybill with courier company (Express delivery) with GAME 4U. I was advised that GAME 4U is experiencing delays due to high volume of orders. Which I completely understand. I did a follow up on the delivery on 15/12/2025 and today 17/12/2025 via email and WhatsApp. I have received no response on either email or WhatsApp. I'm very, very disappointed, as some sort of communication would have been highly appreciated. Would not recommend.
