Bought a Playstation 5 November 16 2025. Used the controller not even 3 weeks and the square button messed up. Brought it in and the sales person (sam) tested it and saw that the button is registering. But they cannot replace it because the button is registering

The button is stiff and hard to press .. I do not recommend buying from game 4u
