The Best Electronic/Game Store in SA

To whom it may concern.

On Saturday 26 March around 16:00 myself and my brother were on the hunt for a black PS5 remote.

I had been to 5 supposedly well equipped electronic stores BT games, Incredible connection ect.

Not one of them could help me and were rather (VERY) unprofessional.

When I thought all hope was lost in finding this controller I had a mention about Game 4 U in the Zone Rosebank. I ran before it closed and made it.

Once I arrived myself and my brother were greeted by possibly the best I have seen in customer service in SA- PERIOD. I was then helped and had all my questions well answered.

I cannot remember the name of the employees but because of them I will be back for all my future buys.

Thank you for restoring faith in SA customer service and a store that is properly equipped.

I hope to see you guys take over the gaming and electronic industry in SA.
