Refund Not received

Ordered an Mario game 26 of June. Got feedback that the game was damaged. I asked for a refund for the game of R899. Still today no refund received from this company. After numerous phone call and email. I every time just hear the owner that does the refund are not available. This is a month now. I really though it might be a new company to support but i will never in my life buy from them again. Order number 60753
