Poor business practice of Game4u

I once bought a Playstation 4 game called Dragonball z ***arot at Game4u last year I played via the banking app I kept on calling them to see if the payment went through but they kept on telling me it didn't reflect on them. I became worried and anxious if weather they will deliver the game I had to send them the proof of payment then they said they see the payment. I have to say such a business is not good their website is bad everytime when I get in it it keeps sending me to messenger. They have a game I want but because of their poor business practice I'm thinking of buying the game somewhere else
