Poor aftersales
Baugt digital codes. Payment made but no codes and the support office is really unhelpfull. I paid immidiately but have 2 wait for my codes? Now they cant find my order???

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service even though we had delivered your codes to you within 24 hours of purchase.
We are unsure as to why you had presumed the codes would be delivered instantly as it clearly states the following on the product page:
"This is a digital product. The code will be delivered via email, once payment has been received – depending on the payment method it may take 1 to 2 days to clear."
At no point did we claim that the codes would be delivered instantly as we have to manually process these orders and email the codes to you.
We kindly advise customers to read the product description before purchasing to avoid any confusion or uncer*****y.
