Pathetic Service. NEVER giving them business again

I am extremely disappointed and angry with the level of service I have received from Game4U.

I placed an order on 5 December for Metroid Prime 4 (Switch 2 Edition) and a Nintendo Switch 2 case. As of today, the order has still not been delivered. This was meant to be a gift to be delivered by 19 December, which Game4U has completely failed to do.

For over two weeks, I have repeatedly tried calling your online support number. No one answers — the phone either rings endlessly or disconnects. This alone is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when I physically went to the Galleria store, I was bluntly told that they “cannot help” me and that “nothing else can be done.” No ownership, no escalation, no effort — just complete indifference.

This is terrible customer service, especially for a paid order placed well in advance. I am left without the product, without communication, and without any form of accountability from Game4U.

I expect immediate assistance, a clear update on my order, and a resolution without further delays. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
