Pathetic service, arrogant owner

Worst shopping experience. Canal walk branch send me to waterfront to collect racing steering wheel. When i arrived at Waterfront the item i wanted to buy was used and second hand. Staff argued that it was damaged packaging. They called the owner of the store, she refused to chat to me directly kept relaying messages and told her staff that i can mail her. I send an email and called the support line instore. Still waiting for someone to return my call. Im amazed that they still in business with the arrogance and poor customer service standards. Happy I didn't purchase anything from the business, good luck with getting any refunds or aftersales. Pathetic service..
