Pathetic service

I placed an order on the 9th of December I have received no email with an update of my order the website does not allow me to track my order - constantly gives an error the support number on the company website also no one answers emails and messages on whatsapp go with no response i cannot get hold of anyone to check my order !!!!!!!!!!!
