Ordered, Paid, No stock, No refund

Bought a laptop from them online at 11 in the morning, phoned, *** etc, no response, no confirmation email, nothing, eventually get through to them after 2:30, finally receive a confirmation email, just for them to send me an *** at 5:45 telling me they don't have stock of the laptop I ordered and paid for! Now they want me to settle for an 8gb laptop (I ordered a 16gb) and won't respond to refund requests... good times. I won't ever set foot on this useless store nor touch their website ever again. So disappointing, is no-one able to do their jobs anymore? Stock control is literally the easiest job under the sun, when you actually want to do your job... how do you muck it up with a completely linked, automated system???
