No service upon payment online
Sad to say that I ordered an Xbox One controller online especially since they are offering free delivery during lock down. I made a payment of R1099 and now two days later, I still have no update or any feedback.
I have mailed all your support contacts including Waheed for Cape Town Branch. I tried calling and no answer.
Order number is #6718.
Please refund my money or take ownership of my order and send the item that I paid for.
