Item not delivered although paid for.

I ordered the second Ps5 drop which was delayed by a few days, and that was okay. After receiving the package, there's no additional controller delivered as it was ordered, I've sent an email and tried calling, I have emailed pics of what was in the box as well as the invoice, but I have not received a response. I tried calling the head office but keep getting redirected. I want my extra control, I paid for it!!!!!
