Game4u umhlanga sucks. Poor service
Game4u umhlanga sucks.
I booked my console for repairs. Resolution stucked on 640p. Console was booked on the 21stof march however i took it in on the 19th. Today marks the 10th of april and no communication with regards to repairs. I have to call them everytime and was advise technician hasn't fixed my sons console. No qoutation given to me whatsoever.
Its been almost 3 weeks my sons console been with them no repairs made. I am collecting my sons console to send it to more professional business when they take good care of their customers.
