Game 4u - true colours

I pre ordered a ps5 on the 20 September 2020 under the option I would pay upon collection to which I received a confirmation of order email. The confirmation email clearly stipulates i will be able to make payment upon collection. I received no further communication and believed everything was in order, only to find out i had to pay within 24 hours of pre booking. My issue with this is why would state in the email "payment upon collection" if that was not the case. Jabu from the glen branch did not want to listen to me and kept referring me to the website. I felt like an unvalued customer. The game 4u brand is joke and focused on selling dreams to clients only to low ball them on the fine print that wasn't even around at the time of purchase. Becareful with pre booking games or even buying 2nd hand games from this brand it seems like the culture is promoting a lack of transparency and accountability. Game 4u is joke. You have lost my business. Thanks alot for *****ing me over!
