Game 4U galleria

It's been a year that I still haven't received my PlayStation4 that was sent to partserv from Game 4U and all staff refuses to help me. I sent in my Ps4 last year November to Game4u Galleria and was told my the staff that was initially working there that I don't need an invoice number as they will just keep a copy of my slip. When I do return to collect it, all the staff that was working there for fired and now I don't have any proof of my Ps4 being taken in and I refuse to get any help.
