Experience of purchasing a product online with Game4U

If you are looking to place an order online with Game4U and would like the order within a week, do not bother. I placed an order on Tuesday hoping to receive it by Friday as a gift for a friend. I have now waited 2 days and after looking on their website under recent orders where it is still blank I gave them a call to find out what is going on with my order, they told me they would call me back (which I am still waiting for) and update me. After not hearing from them after several hours I decided to called them back, I was greeted by a person listening to a radio at full blast, after some time when the person on the other end realized I could probably hear them better after putting the radio down told me that they still waiting for the courier company to come pick up the parcel. So I have now waited 3 days just for the courier company to pick up the parcel (Which they are still busy doing) and once they have picked up the parcel (Hopefully within this month) I still have to wait another 3 working days to receive my parcel.

No where on their site when placing the order do they tell you how long it would take for you to receive your order. Only after placing an order and taking my money do you get notified that it would take 3 working days for me to receive my order.

I don't think I have ever had such a terrible experience when it has come to ordering a product online with such a s!#t after purchase service. Once I have finally received my parcel (Hopefully before the end of this year) I will never purchase a product from Game4U website no matter how good the price might be.
