Do not buy vouchers from Game 4U!

Purchased an online gaming voucher as a birthday gift for my nephew on 10 June 2023. It is 20 June 2023 and the order is still "processing", the payment has been deducted from my bank account on 13 June 2023. I have attempted 3 times to follow up on the order to no avail... No feedback whatsoever! My nephew's birthday has passed already. Absolutely pathetic service.
