I purchased a laptop from their online store on the 11th of September. It was delivered on the 15th.

It arrived with the battery not holding any charge meaning you unplug the charger and it dies.

I immediately contacted them and they asked me to take it to my nearest store which is at Liberty midlands mall for inspection, I did it the same day and the staff confirmed the laptop was defective and they confirmed I can claim a refund.

The online store confirmed the same.

Their refund took 10 full days and it would have been much longer if I had not phoned and pressured them with close to 5 phone calls on the 10th day.

The lady on the call tried to insinuate that I might have opened/stripped the laptop. This was 10 days after they confirmed it was defective but when it was time to folk over my money then they want to make lies.

I have reported them to the consumer commission and really hope this business is shut down so no one else falls prey to their thieving business.
