DO NOT BUY FROM GAME4U

I received my online order, but the chair box did not contain all the parts. I called the online store and returned the chair because they promised to send me a replacement. The chair was delivered back to their premises on Monday, and today is Wednesday. I have not heard from Game4U, and the phone goes straight to voicemail. They have my money and the chair.
