Customer service/Follow up with clients SUCK

<div>Placed an order over the weekend, I understand that it can only be processed the next business day. Followed up via telephone call after several attempts yesterday and I was told they busy packing my order and I should be able to receive it today 26 Nov. I checked the online status this morning and it is still showing processing. I tried calling the 031 number a few times this morning and it goes straight to voicemail. I am now concerned.</div>
