Customer refund request resolved.
Game4u was honest, and sincere in correcting the issue. Delays in refund were explained and understandable, as the cause of the delay is the banking procedure/process. Employees were empathetic and genuinely invested in resolving my refund issue...their efforts and good customer service are highly appreciated.

While many banks process refunds in batches, which can sometimes cause delays, we are currently exploring new solutions to speed up this process to better serve our excellent customers such as yourself.
