Canal walk Staff not helpfull

The worst experience ever, bought a ps4 game online returned it to Canal walk store on the 30th November they assured me the refund will be processed on the Monday 2nd December I had no feedback, I called the store the 5th of December and the guy again told me it will be processed its the 10th of December already and still no answer to what's going to happen with my refund
