Black Friday bait and switch

It was my first experience buying from Game 4U during black Friday. I ordered a few games and also Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered priced at R249 - pretty good deal. 2 days later I hadn't heard from them and after getting through to them was told that Horizon was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in stock. Since I was going away, I agreed to get the rest of the items delivered. I called their Rosebank branch, which was fulfilling the order to find out that they actually did have stock, but that 'online orders have their own stock'. Sounds like bull to me. They gave me an email address (***) to send my complaint to and so far, no answer. To date, I haven't received the game (which I'd prefer to still get) or a refund....

This feels like one of those bait and switch deals - offer something really cheap as a carrot and then hope for some sales to go with it and then unfortunately you don't have stock of the great deal... This is a great example of what the Consumer Protection Act intended to address. I won't trust Game 4U with future orders and will be submitting my complaint to the provincial consumer affairs office.
