Black Friday bait and switch

Bought a game online on Black Friday 2024, did and EFT transfer, after a few days I emailed to check if it was received and sent through my proof of payment. Was told that my POP was received and given to the correct department for dispatch in December. To this day I haven't heard anything back, wrote another email asking for clarification and if I won't be receiving the game then I want a refund. Still no contact from their side, so be careful when purchasing games online from this company. I see that I'm not the only person who got ignored for purchasing one of their Black Friday deals in 2024.
